Checkwinner DM , Respawn vehicles After Deathmatch - Pillhead2007 - 09.09.2012

hi Im a newbie, and I have 2 problems , first one is ive set up a deathmatch ... but after I leave the deathmatch all vehicles arn't spawned how do I respawn them ... Second Problem , is how do I script a check winner in deathmatch for the winner to receive prize money....
anyone with any ideas to help me fix this will be added to credits

I have the same problem to get the winner (The player with the highest killrate).
Anybody a idea?
