Hello samp
a hacker just keep accessing my VPS and hack files and remove them and keep's sending bad words messages to my ********, his ******** name is Mustafa Chaouch anyway is there anyway that i can ban his IP from my VPS or it's not possible?

If you got ROOT access to SSH, you could use something like

iptables -A INPUT -s [IP-HERE] -j DROP

If he is "hacking" your VPS. he most likely has a file in that machine which is how he is getting in, or your password is unsecure.
You can ban his IP from iptables, then would not be able to connect. but it most likely would not completely stop the user.

Yeah i see you got host1free vps and there is no way to change pass until get requested.

Well even if you changed the password he will still hack you reason ? you need to reinstall your vps because He got a shell on your vps makes him control it.
and always look for help from White hats and support.
