How to conect servet to DB - SmartCop - 07.09.2012

Hi, guys !
I want to connect my server to a external DB, but i don't know what to write at ''DB_HOST''. I think must be the ip of the DB, but i don't know how can i am this ?

DB_NAME - it's perfect
DB_USER - it's perfect
DB_PASS - it''s perfect

problems with DB_HOST !

Any ideaS?

If you try to connect to home host pc you cant , the webside that you wonna host the external db wont allow you
