Most recording software's can do that like Camtasia.

I recommend you using Fraps, if it lags you, lower the game resolution, otherwise your PC is not capable of recording uncompressed video.

The one I suggest, FRAPS, Bandicam, Quobi, Growler Software, Playclaw.

Hope that's enough ideas.

Oh one tip if you're recording using Fraps or anything else make the recorded video go to a seperate hard drive. It may greatly affect your game performance if you record the video to the same hard drive on which the game is.
