Hi i got a problem , how can i make a new admin rank ( in my case its Scripter) , i got 1,2,3,4,1337,1338 admin levels , and i wanna make like a copy to 1338 but to be named Scripter in al cases ( /admins , /n , /a /o etc )
+ Rep who explain me good or show me a good tutorial for newbies.

Ahhh.... there isn't really any tutorials on how to edit your script, but I am sure that if you pasted some code using the [ pawn ] [ /pawn ] tags we might be able to help you.

Or else just hit me up with a PM and I can probably do it for you and explain what I have done.
