Problem With Error in Log - Joshy_Elite - 01.09.2012
I have this error in the server log on vortex host...my server isn't starting,even though the file is there.I think im missing something but im not sure.

It's due to not having the updated plugins and includes. You need to install the newest plugins and includes.
