Getting string from a dialog - Printable Version

Getting string from a dialog - cosbraa - 01.09.2012

I probably know how to do this, or have done it before somewhere, but I cannot think or remember how.
I have a dialog which shows 'Name_Here | Name_Here | $money'
When you click on that, I want to grab the string in that listitem, but I can't remember how.

I'd like a little help, please!
