Hi Guys,
i have some dout about joypad. with joystick we can laag shoot.i know there is auto lock on player when we aim.

Correct, using a joystick or joypad requires a different style of play, as it wont lead-aim at all but shoots straight at your target. Missing them in most circumstances.
You should also be aware that it works the other way too, all other players will have autoaim AT you, wether they use joypads or not, and because this autoaim is on YOUR client, it will hit you perfectly wether you move or stand still.
Having said all that, it is possible to play well with such hardware, I've seen a few players that have adapted to them well. But on the whole I wouldn't recommend it over mouse+keyboard for combat

Yes, as your game is the one running auto-aim, it gives it to other players too. So providing they are aiming somewhere near you your game will make sure every single bullet hits YOU

if i am not using auto-aim . i was using keyboard and mouse for fight it will hit each bullet on my body if i am running?
i thing he is using aimbot hack but when i ask he is saying he was using joypad for lag shot

Joypad has autoaim. It does not lag shoot.

No. He isnt. As there is no working aimbot for sa-mp that can lead aim.

That and using a controller for shooting people is like steering a car by pulling on ropes...
