No, he meant that your server is sending data from your server for everyone who opens http://www.stunt-evo.com/dynamic.php so your server might lagg while loading these statistics. You're wasting upload speed connection that's what he meant.
Am I right?

Actualy... this image use data from mysql server... so wont lag my server
