i have this problem since 1 year.. but never really cared about that GM of mine, but today i wanna fix it ^^

Make sure announce is set to 1 in your server.cfg, make sure query is also set to 1. (Or maybe it's 0 I can't really remember :P)
About the looping thing though, I'm not too sure. :S

Are You Using A Hosting Service? (Volt-Host, ServerFFS etc.)
Yes: Try contacting your services support, as the error may be on their side.
No: Do you have the right IP? Run command prompt on your computer, and type in 'ipconfig'. Then type in the address that comes up, usually IPV4 Address. Then add the port that is found in your server.cfg to the end. Example: I type 'ipconfig' and my IPV4 address is 123.45.67.89. My port in my server.cfg is 1111. So my server IP would be 123.45.67.89:1111.

Update sscanf to latest version.
Also try using Whirlpool plugin.
If its not working contact your hosting service.

@[xV]Lordz, Since the GM isn't making errors and its about internet... Changing SSCANF or some other plugins won't help
Lets get to the Point.
Make sure your Firewall is Disabled in both firewall and also in Router Firewall.And you have allowed the ryt permissions to run the server

Well just think of the last thing you did. Maybe it could of messed up the gamemode.
