When you go to screen resolution for your PC.
Edit it to that selected at the highest resolution SA:MP will allow you to have.

Umm? That just shows your resolution. Why don't you decrease it to the last resolution you can have it on, with SA:MP and save it, then go into SA:MP and set your resolution to the last resolution you can have.

Go to My Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > GTA.SET
Delete the "gta.set" file.
Load up SA-MP and do your settings as required.

Everytime i join single player, something similar happens, than i have to be ages trying every talls and it's always wrong. After a while i relog in SA-MP, and everything's good.
