Code Problem - Omar Amir - 28.08.2012

sorry for the double post but i have been waiting for ages but nobody answered me, anyways i have a pawno code problem and please somebody help me i can't fix it i have been for 5 days and i cant fix it please help the codes are in an attachment

EDIT: here are the errors
