open server.cfg and add
bind [iphere]

i mean deafult gate way or ip addreas or ipv4 ?

if you portforwarded your server then use http://ipchicken.com/ and that ip, if not then use the ipv4

type "cmd" in the start menu

a Command you will seea IPvpromt will open type in ipconfig you will see IPv4 or something like this

IPv4: 192.168.1.anynumberhere

copy that then go to your router and then port forward the port you want with the IP you copied and then go to www.whatismyip.com get your IP hen go to SA:MP and add server paste the IP in with the port you forward

announce is set to 0 set it to 1 remove all those portforwards and try again
