Well, that's simple.
But I don't know how to do it...
I've seen in some servers, that when I join in that server.

Show me a dialog to enter a password, well, but in this part, I saw a background, it isn't of San Andreas.

I think is a background from any page or image.

Can someone tell me how I can put something like this?

Like a Pic as background on register dialog and login dialog.

You think SetObjectMaterialText or SetObjectMaterial

You make a textdraw the size of the screen and use a sprite (such as the load screens in san andreas singleplayer)
I don't think it's possible to load any image into a textdraw, it's probably just a sprite that you haven't seen yet.

I know it becouse i am using it to my own server it is like when the player connect while LOGIN/REGISTERING a picture set as background but after we are login it disapear: the link is on other pc i will pm you soon .
