Than it must be in your code. Check/show your onplayerdeath.

Lol, it's a default function, like F8 is to make screens. Press F1 to see a list.

F9 disables your death list

He's not asking what key disables the deathlist... *facepalm*
Step 1: Get on a server that uses the deathlist
Step 2: Confirm with a friend that you don't see the death list, but he does
Step 3: Press the F9 Key
Step 4: Repeat Step 2
If you're still not able to see the deathlist after these steps then you should probably reinstall SA-MP to see if that resolves your issue. If this doesn't resolve your issue, I really don't know what could possibly be wrong
EDIT: Make sure you use a clean version of GTA:SA if the problem persists (No Mods or anything)

Try deleting gta_sa.set
My Documents > GTA SA Userfiles > gta_sa.set
Rejoin a server and see if it works , if not , reinstall samp ?
