I forgot how to solve this problem Re-complie
with latest plugin include i did But Nothing Happend

you have to copy the .inc file aswell, not only the .dll /.so file. if you compile the script using the plugin, your compiler finds the outdated include only, thats why its complaining about an outdated version.
decompress the archive again, and pay attention to ALL files in it. after copying "pawno/include/streamer.inc" to your scripting environmentm it should work.

download streamer latest include and Plugin and then re-compile script !
