Is it possible to add a tattoo to CJ skin in SAMP? If it is, then tell me how, please!

Yes it is,
1. You would need that website > http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/browse.php?C=41,
2. You would need IMG Tool > http://www.gtagarage.com > http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f552-img-tool-20
3. You would need to pick a > skin http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/browse.php?C=41

Allen he probably meant a tattoo script (uMad?gta garage? rlly?)
If you meant a tatto script use the search button.

Any client modification can't be placed into a SA:MP server. They're to remain client sided. Unless, you're using MTA. Then again, using that service causes errors and other assorts.

However, CLEO some modification they have can be add'd into SA:MP.

i.e < ELM.

Not possible, Or u can say Impossible.
Only can be used in San Andreas Single Player

This is not minecraft, you can't add mods to your server.

yet, some CLEO mods can be noticed by other players, such as: hacks/ELM/etc
