This is probably a client bug for many,Im sure you have heard of this but when your playing regular you can very rarely hear a sound like a mouse having sex. Anyone heard this?

Do you still have the 'Audio Client' installed on? Inside 0.3d Audio Plugin was built into SA:MP Multiplayer Client.

This probably happens if you've done any modifications to sounds or if you havent installed the audio client of your present samp version.
