4 days, for a "test". I already suffer from psychotic episodes, so i did feel a bit fucked. It's actually interesting how long you can stay up for, for me it gets easier after a while - but at the end i am to tired to sleep!
If you are after tips, don't use caffeine or any drugs, and if you are not trying to break a world record, small 20 min naps can help.

I believe the mind will start receiving serious damage if you go on for more than 10 days or something like that.
