What is the problem?

I have it on plugins folder, and i have sscaf folder .. etcc...

Its not sscaf,its sscanf.
Use the name which is same as in directory.
Sscaf might be wrong and the sampserver couldnt read it from plugins.
Check the names in your plugins folder and rename it.
