Hello.
My irc server is on irc.focogaming.com. When i login it say 'Services are currently down, try again later'.
It is only for me or for everyone?

Yes, NickServ, ChanServ, .. are all currently offline.

Services (logging in, channel bots etc) are down. The IRC network isn't.
