Hello
i have open a new gamemode and i can't start it...
there are some file's and there are only announce file and SAMP-NPC there are no SA-MP dedicated server file.
so how i am can start my server?help me..

you need sa-mp-server.exe to start the server.
Redownload the latest script package of SA-MP 0.3e

I wouldn't recommend home-hosting or even downloading the sa-mp server. If you do decide to download it, make sure you delete SAMP NPC, SAMP Server, Server.cfg and announce. These can provide bots with a hub, and they can take over your computer and turn it into a zombie. Not only with people be able to 'control' what your computer does, they can create a whole other drive on it and access whatever details they want. They may even use your computer as a 'home' for spam emails and send thousands of emails per minute to addresses all over the world. Didn't realise that a small 'home-based' server can cause such chaos? Well the worst bit is, you don't even have to open the server for people to access it... which is why you should NEVER host a server without a hosting service such as Volt-Host.

If you have a good firewall and you open only a few ports towards your computer (only the one your samp-server needs), you're pretty safe I guess.

I've gotten reports from my firewall program (I'm not using the default Windows Firewall) that a unwanted access was prevented. They got past my router's firewall but couldn't access my computer, even though I have some ports open to it.

Yes,you must download SA-MP 0.3e Windows server package for running 0.3e windows server.
