Can somebody explain me this:

This picture is from a SAMP server. In the default GTA San Andreas there is no water in this pool ?

Those were the ids of water objects i think they will be usefull to you have fun

There are no water element on SA-MP. I think he memory hacked it or they are just static objects.

I just went and checked its full of water on SP, and also on my SA-MP server
