Dynamic Organization - T_Boy - 20.08.2012

Hello! I use Dynamic Organization Filterscript (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=303864) and I like it very much. But I don't know two things:
1. How to make the organization's skin the default one, because if I use /kill, it returns to the civilian's skin.
2. How to spawn the organization's members in their spawn, not in the civilian's one.
