I was wondering if it is possible to drive trams/trains, on custom mapped railways? Like, are trains able to be driven on custom mapped stuff?

No, you can't drive trams/trains on custom mapped railways, only on default ones.

Maybe NPCs can, but regular players surely can't. For an NPC, you would record the track with a regular car and then switch to tram in the script. Unsure if it'd work though.
