Okay I have been playing samp a while and I haven't had any problems with my internet and now I can't stay connected to a server for more than a minute.

Have you checked to see if you have gone over your monthly limit.

If you've got access to your Router settings check if you have NAT security enabled or not. This appeared to be issue earlier for me when I had exactly the same problem.
