JUST DOWNLOAD SAMP SERVER 0.3E FILES AND PUT ONLY Announce, Samp-Server,Samp-NPC

Download 3e files and then recompile your script using 3e includes.
Then use the recompiled script for your server.
So your server will be upgraded to 3e version.
But to connect,you need SA-MP 0.3e.
