Server Protection [Help] - ProdrifterX - 18.08.2012

Hi guys.
I've got hacker in my server his name is Lugi.
He Spam with Leave/Join messages [Is there antispam for join/leave msgs?]
I banned him 100 times but he again enters.
When he enter i dont know his ID and IP
I need good Suggestions what i need to do to fix this problems.
Is there some protection system to suggest me?
If you help me or know how to fix this problems u will be admin here on my server.
Really need a big help

Check your console, his IP will be logged there ("Incoming connection"...), then just write "banip [IP here]" in your console

Well, according to me there are alot of ways..
/ipban, if he come back then there is some problem in /ipban.
You can also del his account from your script (scritpfiles) but he can come back again.
So, /ipban is best and if he got dynamic IP then /pban also.

Fuck this lugi many server in samp are under his attack and i am admin on TMS server and he can ban the admins.PLZ GIVE ANY SOLUTION.
