Is it illegal to put in server an option where can player listen the music( by using internet links to music on internet)?

no lots of servers do it with a /radio command in the vehicle where players can listen to recent music

Of course not, unless you stream it from legal sources like legal webradios (not the private ones).

No, I don't think so! Depends where you get it from, also it woulden't
be any issues if you get it from ******* or webradio like Mauzen said..

If you are hosting it yourself (the radio/music) then yes, unless you specifically hold a licence for it. If you are just linking to some radio then it's fine.
