How to possible this ? the default grey message "You are banned from this server" is colored orange... in this server

how to make it ?

Simply not use the samp.ban for banning people. Make your own one and kick the player when he connects and he is banned. Don't use Ban(playerid);.

The server that has the text in orange made his own banning system.
