I mean windows -> Linux*
My game mode wont start. I dont know the issue, help?

you can't update your GM - you have to add the Linux (.so) plugins to your plugins folder like:
streamer.so instead of streamer
sscanf.so instead of sscanf
and so on, also update then in your server.cfg

You should ask your host provider, that's not exactly a SA-MP issue.
