Server crashes with a lot of players. - Vvolk - 16.08.2012
Hello everybody. Today I opened my server I it crashed. Server was having about 70people online and they were playing about 3 minutes and server crashed. My server uses VPS with 2gb of ram, 4 GHz from Intel i7. Somebody said that samp servers need VDS because VPS net good for game servers. Then server have 1-5 players, nothing happens and server can work a long time, but then to server came a lot of players, server crashed. I checked server log file and nobody used rcon commands and there no ddos attack. Can somebody help me to solve this problem?

This can possibly be from coding your server with too many arrays/strings for commands etc. Try optimizing your gamemodes/filterscripts. If the problem isn't with your scripts, then contact your VPS provider.

My gamemode is very optimized. I use arrays/strings very effectively.

Hmm.. Try contacting your VPS and see if there's anything wrong on their side, if not try switching over to an actual samp server host.
