A little big problem - Shannkz - 14.08.2012

Today, i was going to finally open the server I've been working on...
I've been working on a Godfather Server, and after some modifications, which made the server better, I realized that everything I write without any command like /o, /ad, /hsay, etc. just simply type "T" and text, it's seen be the whole server.

It's like a passive /bigears... But I don't use that command.

I got no clue how to fix this, can someone help me?
