Unity for portability (runs on android AFAIK)
Crysis for quality
Unreal for simplicity

I recently got Unity 3D Student Version and saw that programming is easier than Unreal or Crysis but it has less tools and pretty outdated. Unreal uses a weird programming language(Unreal Script or something) which is why I thought about going for Crysis(C++ FTW!). I don't know if Crysis is stable or not. Is it?

Well, I had classes in Unity, and I can tell you, with a little work you can make some very decent stuff. (not sure where you go the outdated part from though). Unreal Script is as far as I remember very alike to C. Cry Engine only recently went public and I haven't heard much opinions from it. It is a beautifull engine though so you might want to give it a shot. However if you want to go for simplicity Unity is your best bet.

What about the Source engine? I've seen pretty decent games developed with it.

I've worked with Unity 3D, it's pretty bad ass.
