Hello, one of my admins (past admins now...) raged on another admin and /rban him.. now we cant unban him! anyone knows what to do? please help us.

Have you tried unbanning him by rcon ?

yes i tryed name,ip and rcon but didnt work

Are you sure you unbanned the IP's range by rcon ?, yet it still didn't work ?
If not, then check samp.ban
