How I can add water in SAMP. I saw in one server that this is possible ?

There are objects that have some water on they but not deep water...

And there are San Andreas default water (For sea) That way you can make example a swimming pool or something just map there on sea and make a "hole" There you want water.

Can somebody explain me this:

This picture is from a SAMP server. In the default GTA San Andreas there is no water in this pool ?

I used mta to fill that pool a while ago...
In my server.
