Best video export options(Premiere Pro)? -

So, what are the best options with exporting a video for *******?
I've already tried .FLV, but the quality isn't that good.

AVI and MP4 are what I use. Off topic: What graphics card is that? Again, Offtopic, WHY ARE YOU NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH IF YOUR TITLES ARE IN ENGLISH xD

I have a Nvidia GTX580 xD
BTW, use MPEG-4 with the x264 codec that is keep your videos in nice HD quality at a low file size.
It's amazing really because I have movies formatted in this codec and managed to get 500mb from 720p movies.
So use this for your ******* videos.

Because I'm looking to get a new graphics card, and if it runs like that while using Fraps, I want it :P

Hmm, i hate this graphics card, i can't even play BF3 on low. xD
But there are some tricks to run games fine with fraps, like turning shadows off, set your clip on 60FPS instead of 30(Default value of Fraps), save your files on an other HDD (So not where you game on, etc.)
