Tell us your Video Card, or RUN, Map editor as ADMINISTRATOR.

In windows 7, do it:

Oh I forgot something, make sure that you have copied all files from Editor, on your GTA directory.

Later do it: Left Click on Editor>Run as Administrator>Yes.

If it doesn't work, tell me your Card.

then it give another Error:
access violation at address 6BE69558. read of address 6BE6955B
