Now. Lets start with my case.
Alright, I got on. Finna update my server with the new script, look at the stats and it says 4 slots when I bought 30 slots. Lol what.. I'm not hating or anything but are you serious..

Then I get a response like this.
Lol, can't you check the logs. I mean, I never ran a host or anything but I'm sure you can check the payment logs.
I used the coupon " volt2 " when it was working for 50% off.
There service was really good until this, I decided to donate $5 to my account and right before this happened..
So what I'm asking is all credit goes into my paypal account USD. Or, a better service without taking any of my funds.
Your site is really good, but these screw ups piss me off and than you threaten if I dispute the payment you'll issue a fine. Please, this wasn't the product, or service I was asking for. So, here we go. Tell me what the situation is, I can provide proof of payment and everything..

I have to agree, I see more and more people complaining about Volt-Host response time, they didn't get what they were promised to get.

I had excellent service from Volt-Host when they were providing hosting for me, though it was quite a long time ago. Maybe they haven't been able to maintain their service standards over time.

Your so called proof isn't showing anything. I doubt their system made a fuck up (considering it's probably automated). Of course you can set your server.cfg to have 30 slots, it won't change anything if you only bought 4. I'm sure if iLinx reads this (AFAIK he founded Volt Host) he'll be more than happy to sort this out with you.
An average waiting time is as the name suggests an average, just because you had to wait longer doesn't mean their lieing. You're pathetic for being so impatient.
