hi,i want to create a bot that stay's on an irc channel for forever and i can control him,what to do and what not to do,if someone know how to make plss comment below or pm.helper will get +rep,if this is wrong section pls tell me i will post there.

Use BotServ, or script your own with the IRC plugin in PAWN. Why do you need a bot anyway?

Use /bs botlist for list of all bots.

and /msg BotServ botlist
These will enable you to choose from the list of bots that are on the IRC network, not make your own.
