Help Deagle shoots slow - gychem - 01.08.2012

Hello

In my game mode the deagle shoots pretty slow, it makes it harder to CS.
Someone knows how to remove this or how its called? (Can't find it ;/)

Pretty sure you can't just "make it shoot slow" unless it freezes the player for a second or some shit.
