Hello guys.

I am gonna purchase a VPS from here a site,
Specs are:
Dedicated RAID-10 Disk Space - 60GB
Dedicated Monthly Bandwidth - 500GB
Dedicated DDR3 RAM - 512MB
Burstable DDR3 RAM - 1024MB
Shared CPU - x4 3.00 +Ghz
IPv4 Address - 1
Los Angeles, CA or -Orlando, FL - YES
SolusVM Control Panel - YES
Full Root Access - YES
Self Managed - YES
Setup Fee - YES

My question is, Will i be able to host a samp + a TS server?

My server is on a dedi and you will be able to host a SAP + TS server. I hope that helps you out.

Yes, why wouldn't you?
Just have to ports for each service, as you only have one IP.

No, VPS will start "killing" processes when you reach available resources.

Only Teamspeak 3 server needs at least 512 MB RAM.

Of coarse you can run a SA-MP server and TS. I've ran TS on a 256mb vps, with 15 users! Just don't expect to be starting the next NGG...
