when i go in my server near a staticpickup . the sky goes red and i cannot see a thing

what might be causing this ? help please

that is because you use rcon gmx , you have to restart him closing the CMD or from the host

Never use /rcon gmx

It always bugs the server

The Weather it changes when you use /weather [ID] ?

lol this is easy problem you set the weather to SetPlayerWeather(playerid, 2012);

just cut 2012 give some other numbers in your script
