Showing stats as bars - oblexive - 28.07.2012

Hey everyone, im looking to create a command that when typed itl show a few bars in the upper right corner under the HUD displaying some basic stats like certian job levels etc..

So if I was to type the command skills or something, a few bars with say

Skipperjob:
_______________
|_______________|

Delivery Man:
_______________
|_______________|

Those stupid brackets are are exp bars haha. So, If they had 50/100 skills the bar would show half way etc.
Thanks heaps guys, even if you can point me in the right way. Like adding bars etc. If its even possible?
