Some Little's Problems - Sp3cter - 27.07.2012

Hello,
I have some problems in an RPG gamemode, they would consist of:

1.When I'm "admin on duty" i should drive an vehicle even if I have key or not (not owner / not in that faction)! But when i get in that vehicle I can't drive it , but i can stay in it !
2.In cars.cfg I initially added a few cars simply works okey, and when to add more all cars goes away (Teach me what i should add/remove to work Fine !
3.I have a faction HQ Street, good , I'm making the leader of that faction but I can't go out from the Spawn Faction ! It say "Press F to exit" but if i press F nothing Happen !
