A proper anticheat / antibot would help.

You should provide more information about this such as, if it's just you crashing or the others are also?

almost all the server crashing, I nn I mod installed or other changes, I have anticheat

How do you get hacked? Like a lot of people connecting to the server, or spamming, or what?

Are all your players in one area?

Well the reason is,
1, If you have mods, Remove them
2, If there are more than 100 people in your screen, and your PC cant stand em, You will crash.
3, If this is happening only to you, they its not the server problem.

Hackers can't do this kinda stuff, it's gotta be a issue with you or your gamemode.
