It Creates A Normal Or Time Based C4 At Your Current Location, But You Have To Purchase It. Normal One Costs 5000$ And Timer Based Costs 10000$

- /lBuy [Shows Player A Dialog To Buy [NORMAL] C4
- /lPlant [Plants The Bomb At Your Current Location]
- lDetonate [Self-Explanatory]
Now Timed C4. - /lBuyTimed
- /lPlant [50-70]
