When I'm In the Middle of a Game. And I Press Esc And Tab When I come back My Screen Is Forzen

This happens to me too , I've been having this problem since 0.3d came out. The only way I can get out of it is put my computer in sleep mode , turn it back on and ctrl + alt + delete then end gta_sa.exe and restart the game.

Does anyone else have a solution on how to fix this problem
