Help with Server Trailer - Aldaz108 - 23.07.2012

I am going to be making a Trailer for http://mr-rp.weebly.com/ (Maximum Reality Roleplay) I want to get rid of all of the huds. I got cam hack but how do I install it? It keeps coming up with that Missing DLL file? How can I fix this?
