With native server checker plug in tells you easy what is wrong. You just need to include it and then, when you take a look in server log, it should tell you what is wrong.

If you try it, can you then post here your server log?

Well this line: SERVICE STARTUP /home/gsp_571/93.119.26.43-7777/samp03svrv ---> have you bought SA-MP server from somewhere? If so, please contact your host provider and they should help yo with this crash.
